Today Senator Bill Cassidy and Minority Leader Mitch McConnell introduced a Congressional Review Act resolution to overturn the Biden Administration’s latest job-killing regulation.
Under the new National Labor Relations Board “joint employer” rule, small business franchisees will lose their ability to independently run their business and instead be hamstrung by corporate bureaucracy.
