While the Democrats went home over August recess, we made sure they wouldn’t forget about their actions in Washington and how they affect their constituents. We passed out 32,000 palm cards in eight different states, launched ten statewide digital campaigns, put up four billboards, and went on the airwaves in four states. We even had a mariachi band follow one senator around at a campaign stop.

Take a look at the impact we had this month:

West Virginia

We launched an ad in light of Governor Jim Justice’s switch to the Republican Party, making Senator Joe Manchin one of the last statewide Democrats in West Virginia.

Before the month was even over, Sen. Manchin showed the pressure is really getting to him. Take a look at his response to a very simple question:

“I don’t give a s–t, you understand? I just don’t give a s—t. Don’t care if I get elected, don’t care if I get defeated, how about that.”

Sen. Manchin was caught investing in a company that’s currently being sued for defaulting on a $15 million loan.

Then the plot thickened when it was revealed that Sen. Manchin’s fellow investor was the lobbyist for Mylan — a top donor and his daughter’s company — which that same week settled for price gouging life-saving EpiPens.

To top it off, Sen. Manchin tried to lie about it, and then doubled-down on his lie.

North Dakota

Check out our Facebook ads informing North Dakotans of what Senator Heidi Heitkamp has been up to while in DC.

Montana

Our August ads targeted Senator Jon Tester and his lies, showing his full transformation into a DC Democrat:

Missouri

In The Missouri Times, State Representative Hannah Kelly wrote:

“Senator Claire McCaskill needs a reality check: being voted out of office.”

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reported on our radio ad, which aired at the Sikeston Rodeo and targeted Sen. McCaskill’s party loyalty. Listen to the ad below:

We passed out fans at the Missouri State Fair reminding Missourians who Hillary Clinton’s number one fan is…

Indiana

The Spencer County Journal Democrat editorial board said that Hoosiers deserve better than a senator caught profiting from outsourcing jobs to Mexico.

 width=

After Mexico Joe’s hypocrisy was revealed, he tried to fool voters by standing with the Democrats touting their trade policy, but Hoosiers won’t be fooled.

 width=

Protesters showed they won’t forget and will be holding Mexico Joe accountable for his blatant hypocrisy.

We sent a mariachi band to Mexico Joe’s event to continue to hold him accountable.

Jake Tapper weighed in on Mexico Joe’s hypocrisy as well:

Florida

Our Spanish-language radio ad in Florida held Senator Bill Nelson accountable for his ties to communist regimes in Venezuela and Cuba.

[youtube id=”CQS_L9l9G8o”]

We also used a billboard in Palm Beach to tell Floridians that Sen. Nelson is failing to fix Florida’s algae problem.

Ohio

In Ohio, Senator Sherrod Brown was endorsed by Socialists, which was hardly surprising given his ultra-liberal record.

Due to Sen. Brown’s Obamacare support, premiums in Ohio will rise “steeply.”

Pennsylvania

Our August ad hitting Senator Bob Casey highlights that Sen. Casey refuses to work with President Trump on any issues:

[youtube id=”C4HiBiyVdCA”]

Wisconsin

The Wisconsin GOP put up a billboard informing Wisconsinites of Senator Tammy Baldwin’s record of putting DC over veterans.

 width=

Sen. Baldwin was also exposed for putting her party above Wisconsinites when she failed to acknowledge concerns about postal workers campaigning on government time.

Our radio ad in Wisconsin made sure the Badger State heard about how Sen. Baldwin let down our veterans. Listen here:

[youtube id=”rlQfaUKPeuQ”]

Michigan

The Michigan GOP was out at the Monroe Country Fair rallying people to stop Senator Debbie Stabenow!

*Detroit News* discussed just how vulnerable Sen. Stabenow will be in 2018.

Our mobile billboard went around Michigan reminding the state just how long career politician Sen. Stabenow has been in office.

 width=

New Jersey

The New York Times noted Senator Bob Menendez will head to trial, putting his 2018 election in danger.

Nevada

Representative Jacky Rosen has put Representative Nancy Pelosi and her party over bipartisan VA reforms.

 width=

Meanwhile, Senator Dean Heller’s bill to help veterans get the benefits they deserve was passed in both houses and sent to the President’s desk.

America Rising highlighted our billboard targeting Rosen for her anti-veteran record:

Rep. Rosen also says she’s anti-dark money, yet her actions say otherwise. She uploaded b-roll footage for dark money groups to run ads.

Rep. Rosen was also called out last month for her close ties to Rep. Pelosi on MSNBC. Watch it here:

We ran Facebook ads in Nevada calling for Rep. Rosen to start standing up to Rep. Pelosi and her party.

Alabama

(9/20/2018) Victory for Senator Strange is within reach in Alabama’s primary runoff election. In the final week, efforts from allies of the Senator on TV have reached saturation, and the campaign is doing an excellent job on face-to-face voter contact and turnout.

Not as much attention has been paid, as of yet, to efforts to reach voters by phone or to reach them online. If lower-propensity voters who are likely to support Senator Strange (WPAi_RUNOFF_TURNOUT_TARGET _MODELDATE170915) turnout on Election Day, and voters likely to be moved to support a candidate based on an endorsement by President Trump (WPAi_RUNOFF_TRUMP_ENDORSEMENT_MODELDATE170915) are aware of the President’s endorsement and his Friday event, it will provide a final jolt of support that could carry Senator Strange over the finish line.
