On January 31st, President Donald Trump nominated Judge Neil Gorsuch to replace the late Justice Antonin Scalia. As the month went on, we made sure red-state Democrats were reminded that they answer to their constituents and not their Washington party bosses.

SCOTUS Ads

The first ads aired hit Senators Tammy Baldwin and Joe Donnelly during the Wisconsin-Indiana basketball game.

Senator Baldwin said in 2016 to block a vote would be “irresponsible,” yet this year, she has vowed to block a vote on President Trump’s nominee. This Supreme Court stance change earned her Politifact’s rarely-granted award of a “Full Flop.”

We also held Senator Donnelly accountable for his words in 2016 when he said:

“When there’s a new president and that president nominates somebody, I’ll vote yes or no on that person as well.”

Senator Donnelly has remained silent on whether he will listen to Hoosiers and confirm Judge Gorsuch or follow his party leaders in opposing the popular Supreme Court nominee.

Our next ad slammed Senator Debbie Stabenow for her Supreme hypocrisy.

The ad aired during the Michigan-Michigan State basketball game and reminded Senator Stabenow that she once called voting on judges “one of the most important constitutional duties.”

In the NRSC’s ad targeting Senator Bob Casey, we urged him to uphold Pennsylvanian’s Second Amendment rights.

The ad ran during the 2017 Great American Outdoor Show in Harrisburg.

We put up an ad in the Montana airport greeting Senator Jon Tester with his hypocrisy.

Tester Billboard

The ad was up during recess, so he would remember he answers to his constituents, not Washington liberals. We also had billboards up across the state asking Senator Tester’s constituents to call him and tell him to confirm Judge Gorsuch.

Senator Heidi Heitkamp was targeted with both billboards and Facebook ads.

ND Digital Ad

We urged Senator Heitkamp’s constituents to call her and tell her to listen to them when they went for Presdient Trump in 2016.

The last ad of the month targeted Senator Sherrod Brown.

ohio ad

The newspaper ad was in the Youngstown Vindicator and exposed Senator Brown 11-minute decision affecting the direction of our Supreme Court.

In another ad push, we targeted all red-state Democrats and their extreme partisan records.
